Subsequently, we entered the modernised production workshop. The workshop is divided into multiple zones according to the production process, including the glass cutting zone, edge grinding zone, tempering zone, insulated glass assembly zone, and laminated glass production zone. In each zone, staff provided detailed explanations of the performance, technical parameters, and production processes of the relevant equipment. For example, in the tempering zone, guests observed the company's state-of-the-art tempering furnace, which employs advanced heating technology and control systems to rapidly and uniformly heat and cool glass, thereby producing high-quality tempered glass. Staff also outlined key technical points in the tempering process and the company's quality control measures, such as precise control of tempering temperature and time, as well as rigorous product quality inspections. In the insulated glass assembly area, the visiting guests learned about the company's fully automated insulated glass production line, which achieves fully automated operations from glass cleaning, adhesive application, lamination to sealing, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality stability.
